The FT-R43 Sensor is a versatile industrial device integrating the R43 Temperature Sensor and FT-R43 Transmitter functionalities. It features dual analog/digital inputs for seamless connectivity with up to four external modules, supporting RS-485, Modbus, and HART communication protocols. Operating within 10-30VDC and -40°C to 85°C, it excels in harsh environments across petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries. The unit offers ±0.2°C temperature accuracy with a 0-150mm non-contact detection range for thermal profiling. Integrated 2.4-inch LCD provides real-time data visualization, while the optional 5000mAh lithium battery enables wireless operation. Although requiring periodic calibration, its IP67-rated housing and adaptive signal conditioning ensure reliable performance in vibration-prone areas.
